Medora is a modern hospital management dashboard built to streamline administrative workflows, patient tracking, doctor scheduling, and inventory management within healthcare facilities. Designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile, Medora delivers a calm, responsive, and intuitive experience for medical staff, administrators, and department heads managing large volumes of data daily.

🎯 Objective

The goal was to design a clean and responsive dashboard system that:

  • Centralizes key hospital operations in one unified interface

  • Enables quick access to appointments, patient records, and doctor schedules

  • Visualizes data clearly through charts, KPIs, and summaries

  • Supports multi-device access for on-site and mobile staff

  • Reduces cognitive load in high-pressure medical environments

⚠️ Challenge

  • Information Overload: Admins and doctors often face fragmented, cluttered dashboards that overwhelm rather than assist.

  • High-Stakes Context: Every second counts in healthcare — the interface must support speed without sacrificing accuracy.

  • Device Responsiveness: Hospital staff may access data via tablets during rounds or desktop during scheduling — all views must stay consistent.

  • Scalability: The system must work for both small clinics and large hospital networks with multi-department structures.
